Role Overview This position leads the HR function for a large-scale upcoming large infrastructure project. The role involves setting up HR operations for both on-roll and contractual employees, ensuring statutory compliance, managing industrial relations, and partnering with leadership for end-to-end site HR management. ______________ Key Responsibilities 1. HR Strategy & Site Operations • Establish HR processes for a large industrial site • Implement HR frameworks for onboarding, engagement, performance & exits • Ensure seamless coordination between site teams, facilities & leadership 2. Industrial Relations & Compliance • Maintain a healthy IR environment • Manage union / labor interactions when required • Ensure full compliance with statutory & labor laws • Handle grievances, inquiries & disciplinary actions 3. Workforce Management • Manage deployment of on-roll and contract manpower • Ensure productivity, safety & workforce discipline • Support leadership in daily site operations 4. Culture & Capability Development • Build a culture of ownership, accountability & collaboration • Drive L&D initiatives based on site requirements • Act as the custodian of values and workplace ethics ______________ Qualifications • MBA / PGDM in HR • 5–7 years of experience in HR • Minimum 2 years in plant / industrial HR / IR • Working knowledge of labor laws & compliance • Strong stakeholder and leadership interaction skills • Greenfield project experience is a plus
