Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Lead - Corporate, located in Delhi. The HR Lead will develop and implement effective HR policies, oversee recruitment and hiring processes, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. Key responsibilities include supporting personnel management, mentoring HR team members, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's values.
