Key Responsibilities : • Support build of integrations and core connections in Workday • Develop interfaces and reports • Trouble shooting within Workday Payroll : • Support of International Payroll Administration in TMF • Support International Tax • Address Payroll Enquiries from employees Skills and Attributes for Success : • Strong understanding of payroll processes and employee lifecycle frameworks. • Expertise in HRMS platforms such as Workday. • Experience in process improvement workflow automation and documentation. • Strong attention to detail service orientation and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Understanding of employment contracts statutory requirements and HR policy governance. To Qualify for the Role You Must Have : • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. • 20+ years of experience in HR operations shared services and Workday administration / support.
