HR – Management Trainee No of Vacancies - 02 (01 each in Chennai & Gurgaon) KEY Objective of the Role To provide support in all aspects of HR Key Responsibilities • Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and assist with payroll inputs • Support onboarding, documentation, and induction processes • Assist in coordinating interviews • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities • Support performance management processes and HR policy compliance MUST Have Qualifications • 0-1 years of experience • MBA / PGDM in HR • Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office • Working knowledge of – HR Compliances, Recruitment & Selection, Payroll Components, Attendance & Leave Management • Strong communication and coordination skills • Positive, proactive, and willing to learn LOCATION Chennai Campus, Manamai (9 kms ahead of Mahabalipuram) Gurgaon Campus, Bilaspur Chowk (10 kms ahead of Manesar) BENEFITS • Local transport within specified limits • Meals & Medical Insurance for self
