Job Role As a seasoned HR professional, you will oversee the strategic management of human resources, driving end-to-end processes and fostering a positive work environment. Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute hiring strategies to build a robust talent pipeline through job portals and professional networks. HR Operations & Employee Engagement: Manage onboarding, induction, employee relations, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless communication across departments and implementing standardized HR practices. Proven experience in HR operations, strong knowledge of recruitment, compliance, and excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, Master's degree in HR preferred.
