We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to build and nurture our team. This role will oversee recruitment, interviewing, and managing offers. Key Responsibilities: • Lead full recruitment process, including crafting descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews. • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract best-in-class professionals. • Organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts. • Provide administrative support to founders and oversee office operations. • Administer HR policies and procedures, manage records, attendance, and leave management. Requirements: • Proven experience in human resources management, preferably with recruitment background. • Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to build relationships. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptability. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience using HR software.
