We are looking for an HR Manager and here are our criteria. Recruiting, inducting and handling requests is the key role here. We call this person the Happiness Officer. We do not see this person as a Human Resource. People in the creative field are emotional and opinionated. The person should be equipped to navigate these challenges with calm and firmness in equal measure. Must haves- Experience from service sector, ideally our creative business. Min of 3 years. Be visual by nature. Understand about the creative business. Most of the work is to comb and identify good talent that applies. Continuous process, best practices, habits inculcation and oversight Above average English skills - both spoken and written. If this skill is missing, its a no-go for us. What will be your key role?
