Position: HR Manager Experience Required : 10–12 Years Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM) Locations: Hyderabad | Noida | Bangalore Working Days: Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and performance management. • Develop HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals. • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management. • Oversee talent development, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives. • Ensure adherence to HR compliance, labor laws, and company standards. • Collaborate closely with leadership teams to improve organizational culture and workforce productivity. • Drive retention strategies, identify skill gaps, and support workforce planning. Requirements: • 10–12 years of proven HR experience in a corporate environment. • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. • Ability to manage multiple teams across different locations. • Good understanding of HR policies, payroll processes, legal compliance, and HRMS tools. • Experience working in large-scale or IT organizations is an added advantage.
