What We're Looking For We are seeking a highly experienced HR professional with strong expertise ... in dietitian and healthcare team building, along with comprehensive exposure to end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll management, PF and statutory compliance, HR policy formulation, and employee lifecycle management. This role requires an independent professional capable of owning complete HR responsibilities, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and effective people management across the organization. Key Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning • Lead end-to-end recruitment for dietitians, nutritionists, healthcare professionals , and corporate roles • Work closely with leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategy. HR operations & Employee Lifecycle • Ensure effective management of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, covering onboarding, confirmations, internal movements, and exits. • Ensure accurate management of attendance, leave, HR records, and documentation Payroll & Statutory Compliance • Oversee payroll processes in coordination with finance. • Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, labour laws, and statutory filings Policies, Performance & Employee Relations • Design, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and internal frameworks • Drive performance management systems, appraisals, and reward & recognition programs • Lead employee engagement initiatives and manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Key Competencies • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Qualification & Experience • Graduate / MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience • Mandatory experience in healthcare, wellness, or dietitian-led organizations • Strong working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance Location & Commitment • Chattarpur, Delhi (Full-time, office-based) Ready to lead people excellence?
