Responsibilities • Work closely with the Founder to look at people and organization strategy • Own and drive HR Ops including roster management across outlets • Build a strong foundation for onboarding, contract management, leave management and all other HR Operations • Drive talent acquisition for the business, ensuring top-talent is attracted and coming into the business • Start to build an L&D framework to ensure employees are continuously developing and growing • Start to build a strong compensation & benefits framework across the business to ensure market-alignment • Manage people operations and end-to-end HR Requirements • Someone passionate about joining a company on a 0 to 1 journey • Someone passionate about healthcare/wellness • Prior experience in a HR role in a startup would be an advantage • Someone structured, precise, and great with multi-tasking without oversight • Someone who is comfortable in a fluid, ambiguous environment
