About the job
Responsibilities : • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements. • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and on-boarding. • Maintain employee records and manage HRMS software effectively. • Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, etc.). • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. • Oversee performance appraisal processes and employee feedback systems. • Address employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution professionally. • Foster a positive work culture that supports employee engagement and retention. • Ensure workplace safety, ethics, and compliance with labor laws. • Plan and execute HR-related events such as team outings, employee recognition programs, and festive celebrations. • Monitor and control HR budgets and costs. • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR matters.
