We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end human resource operations for our IT organization. The role involves recruitment for IT positions, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance while supporting business and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Manage IT recruitment (developers, designers, QA, support roles, etc.) • Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and HR records • Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management • Ensure statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, TDS, labor laws) • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives Requirements: • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • Experience as an HR Manager in an IT company preferred • Strong knowledge of IT hiring processes and HR operations • Good communication and coordination skills • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
