We are looking for an HR Manager / People Operations Lead to oversee hiring, onboarding, HR processes, and team development as Nanobag continues to scale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment, building HR systems from scratch, and helping recruit top talent globally. You will work closely with the founder and department leads to build a lean, high-performance team across marketing, operations, and creative roles. We are hiring both part-time and full-time for this role. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Manage end-to-end hiring across departments (marketing, operations, creative, finance) • Source talent globally via LinkedIn, job boards, and recruiter networks People Operations • 5+ years experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition • Experience hiring for marketing, digital, or e-commerce roles • Experience screening large applicant pools efficiently • Excellent written and verbal English • Remote work with a global team Competitive compensation Flexible working environment
