You will play a dual role: • Manage core HR processes • Derive actionable insights through metrics and data. Responsibilities • Manage core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, payroll coordination, and compliance. • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure smooth execution of workforce planning, hiring, and mobility activities. • Utilize data analytics tools to generate reports and dashboards into HR performance metrics (e.g., attrition, retention). Act as a subject matter expert for HR analytics tools and their integration.
