Overview The HR Operations Employee Services Associate is responsible for providing best-in-class employee experience across the Employee Lifecycle (hire to retire). Responsibilities: • Talent Acquisition - Drive frontline hiring, coordinate onboarding for plant employees. • Employee Processes & Admin - Serve as a first-point contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits. • Digitization - Drive the overall BU digitization agenda. • Compliance & Safety Support - Ensure compliance with central, state, and local employment regulations. • HR Operations Support - Provide general administrative support to Plant leadership and HR lead for operational activities. Qualifications: • 1-3 years of general professional experience in HR preferable in HR ops. • Good customer interface focusing on employee experience excellence.
