About the Role : We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end HR processes, ensure smooth employee lifecycle management, and support key HR initiatives... Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction processes, ensuring a smooth new-joiner experience... • Maintain and update employee data in Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People... • Handle payroll processing support, including attendance, leave validation... • Execute and streamline HR policies, documentation, employee records... • Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, surveys... • Lead complete exit formalities... Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. • 4+ years of HR Ops experience with strong exposure to onboarding, induction, payroll inputs... • Practical experience with Keka, Darwinbox, or Zoho is a strong advantage. • Excellent communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
