HR Operations Manager Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our global HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, statutory compliance, and process improvement. Expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and HRMS platforms. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and process orientation. Ability to manage teams in a global setup. Key Responsibilities • Oversee employee lifecycle management — from onboarding to exit. • Ensure accurate data management across all of HR systems and employee data. • Ensure compliance with statutory laws. • Coordinate with Finance and Legal for audits and payroll compliance. • Maintain organizational structure accuracy and updates. Employee Experience & Engagement • Drive onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives. • Build an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture. Performance & Policy Management • Driving yearly goal setting, annual appraisal, and performance review process cycles. • Establish an employee grievance process and sustain it by seamless execution. Reporting & Analytics • Prepare monthly dashboards and analytics for headcount, attrition, and other HR activities. • Support leadership with data insights for strategic decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications • Master's in HR / Business Administration or related field. • 10+ years' experience in HR operations with minimum 3-4 years in leading a team. • Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and exposure to global HR practices.
