About the Role We are seeking an accomplished HR Operations Manager to oversee and streamline HR operations across our global presence. This role focuses on compliance, employee lifecycle management, process improvement, and data-driven HR delivery. Main Responsibilities: • Oversight of employee lifecycle management — from onboarding to exit. • Accurate data management across all HR systems and employee data. • Compliance with relevant statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, labour acts). • Collaboration with Finance and Legal for audits and payroll compliance. • Maintenance of organizational structure accuracy and updates. Employee Engagement & Experience: • Onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives. • Building an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture. Performance & Policy Management: • Yearly goal setting, annual appraisal, and performance review process cycles, and policy updates. • An employee grievance process establishment and execution. Reporting & Analytics: • Monthly dashboards and analytics for headcount, attrition, and other HR activities. • Data insights support for leadership strategic decisions. Stakeholder Partnerships: • Partnership with business, IT, Finance, and Legal teams for operational efficiency. • Proactive stakeholder communication and HR query resolution.
