Qualifications • Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Operations, and HR Management • Ability to develop, implement, and oversee HR Policies • Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Prior experience in a similar role is desirable.
