Roles and Responsibilities: • Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage all new hire documentation, contracts, and a seamless onboarding and transition process. • HR Operations: Serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for internal HR inquiries, policy explanation, and general employee support. • Performance Management: Help set up more formalized processes for team member reviews. • Records and Compliance: Maintain and update employee records, HRIS databases, and ensure all internal HR documentation is current and compliant.
