HR Operations & Service Delivery • Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations for India and support global HR requirements as needed. • Ensure smooth execution of all employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, induction coordination, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding. • Maintain accuracy and timeliness of all transactions in SuccessFactors, tools, and internal HR tracker ... s. • Support in standardization of processes across locations (Bangalore, Hyderabad, US). 2. HRIS & Digital Enablement (SuccessFactors) • Own the HRIS governance for SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy and process adherence. • Coordinate system enhancements, module configurations, and integration requirements with the Tech team. • Partner with internal team to automate manual processes. • Develop dashboards and periodic HR analytics to support leadership decision-making. 3. Compliance & Policy Governance • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements including PF, ESI, gratuity, shops & establishment, and labour law compliances. • Liaise with statutory consultants for timely filings and audit readiness. • Periodically review and refine HR policies to align with Stellium's evolving business and culture. • Ensure accurate documentation for internal and external audits (HR, Finance & External audits). 4. Employee Experience & HR Support • Oversee the HR helpdesk and ensure timely closure of employee queries with a strong customer-service mindset. • Partner with Business to address escalations related to workplace issues, policies, and employee grievances. • Drive consistent communication across offices, announcements, guidelines, and HR notices. 5. Payroll Coordination • Supporting with payroll inputs including new joinees, exits, compensation changes, variable payouts, attendance/leave data, allowances, and deductions. • Work closely with Finance and external payroll partners to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll. 6. Projects & Transformation Initiatives • Lead HR transformation initiatives aligned to Stellium's strategic priorities, STIC, Experience Center operations, campus-to-corporate integration, and employee digitization journeys. • Support in evaluating and implementing best practices in HR operations from the consulting and technology industry. Desired Competencies • Strong command over HR operations, statutory compliance, and HR systems (preferably SuccessFactors). • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and ability to interpret HR metrics. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions and leadership levels. • High attention to detail, exceptional process discipline, and ability to manage complex workflows. • Ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with global exposure.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
- 10–12 years of experience in HR operations
