About the job

About the Role We are looking for a committed HR partner who can take full ownership of daily candidate meetings and continuously source A players for our brand. You will work closely with our hiring playbook to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent. This role requires someone who learns fast, improves every day, and can be held accountable to clear performance outcomes. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition • Run daily candidate interactions and maintain a strong pipeline of high quality talent. • Identify, attract, and hire A players who fit our culture and growth plans. • Use structured scorecards and interviews to ensure consistent hiring quality. Systems and Process Building • Build and refine hiring systems across departments. • Create documentation, workflows, and structured processes for the entire recruitment cycle. • Continuously improve the hiring playbook based on real world learnings. Culture and Team Support • Work closely with founders to understand team needs and future talent requirements. • Ensure every new hire experiences a smooth onboarding process. • Support performance management and help build a strong internal culture. Learning and Innovation • Learn quickly, adapt to new tools, and update hiring practices regularly. • Bring fresh ideas to improve efficiency across platforms and departments. Expected Outcomes • Build a team where 90 percent or more of all hires are A players over the next 2 years. • Set up hiring and team systems that scale across all departments. • Execute a consistent daily recruitment rhythm with measurable improvements. • Reduce hiring time while increasing hiring quality and talent fit. Core Competencies A Player Hiring • Demonstrated ability to identify top tier talent, judge potential accurately, and filter candidates with high precision. Analytical Skills • Ability to use scorecards, structured evaluations, and data to make objective hiring decisions and refine recruitment processes. Process Orientation • Strong ability to create, document, and maintain scalable hiring systems that can be used across teams. Communication Skills • Clear communicator who represents the brand well, builds rapport with candidates, and manages interviews with professionalism. Ownership and Reliability • Shows up daily with consistency, takes responsibility for outcomes, and delivers without follow up. Continuous Learner • Learns fast, adapts quickly, and improves hiring methods every day.
