Location : Padivattom, Ernakulam Salary : ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month Qualification : MBA in HR Experience : Minimum 3 Years (Indian Payroll Experience Required) Requirements • Hands-on experience in Indian payroll processing • Managing payroll for 300+ employees • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) • Payroll software and Excel proficiency • Fluency in English (written and spoken) • Good communication and coordination skills • High attention to detail and confidentiality Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end Indian payroll processing for up to 500 employees. • Ensure accurate and timely salary processing, statutory compliance, and deductions. • Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and other statutory filings. • Maintain payroll records, employee data, and MIS reports. • Coordinate with finance and external consultants for audits and compliance. • Resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies from employees. • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company payroll policies. • Support month-end and year-end payroll activities.
