Job Description About the job Collaborates with colleagues and leaders to design programs that enhance employee engagement and provide structure around implementation. Researches, plans and presents programs that support Company values philosophy, integrates these values into company management practices. Plans, directs, coordinates activities of programs to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame, funding parameters, budget. Keeps programs on track, meeting deadlines. Collaborates in development implementation of employee programs/initiatives areas: Talent, Sentiments, L & D, DEI, Employer Branding, etc. Manages Talent Sentiments program, facilitates employee feedback regular basis, ensures great work culture maintained at times. Assesses people experiences across organizations various collaborative forums, provides insights to leaders regular basis. Runs talent engagement dialogues/discussions, effectively supports guides Departments, Internal Consultants improve focus areas. Manages supports D & I initiatives centre collaboration, SRDI, EIG leaders global DEI teams. Partners, identifies needs, research, recommends learning opportunities, facilitates execution learning programs. Proactively reviews procedures, structures, initiates changes. Escalates issues to applicable stakeholder/projects, supports/participates assigned HR projects, performs duties special as required. Required Qualifications - Relevant experience HR Generalist/Program Manager. - Strong aptitude managing other HR areas. - Demonstrated ability interact levels senior management, global leaders, business units throughout organization. - Strong project/program management skills. - Ability manage projects, planning implementation. - Strong written, verbal, interpersonal communication. - Good analytical, planning. - Excellent leadership qualities demonstrated through collaborative mentoring working style. - Must adaptable, possess creative problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years professional experience handling responsibilities Human resources. - Masters degree preferably Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
