Company: Global calcium Pvt Ltd Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu About The Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry to join our HR team at Hosur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities. Responsibilities • * Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding) • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews • Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding and interview scheduling • Manage offer roll-out, negotiation, and joining formalities • Maintain recruitment MIS and reports • Ensure timely closure of open positions • Support employer branding initiatives ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications • * MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or related field • 2–4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in Pharma / API / Manufacturing) • Strong sourcing and screening skills • Good communication and stakeholder management skills • Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn hiring • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Skills: hiring,sourcing,recruitment
