Role: HR Recruiter Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements. • Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms (job boards, social media, company website). • Source candidates through databases, social media, professional networks, and referrals. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Stay updated with current recruiting trends and best practices. • Resume Editing. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or HR. • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
