We’re Hiring: HR Recruiter (Entry-Level) Location: On-site (work from thane office) Experience: Freshers welcome / Experience in recruitment of 0-2 years Role and Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure • Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and vendors • Coordinate with vendors and external consultants for candidate sourcing • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews • Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal HR teams • Maintain candidate data, follow-ups, and recruitment reports • Support HR coordination and hiring-related activities like training.
