Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter specializing in the social sector, located in Faridabad. The HR Recruiter will oversee the recruitment and selection process, from creating job descriptions to identifying and onboarding top talent. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, implementing effective recruitment strategies, organizing interviews, performing candidate evaluations, and maintaining a candidate pipeline. The recruiter will also assist in building relationships with stakeholders and aligning recruitment efforts with organizational objectives. Qualifications • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and creating effective hiring strategies • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Knowledge of employee development, HR processes, and policies • Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR tools • Organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively to meet recruitment targets • Previous experience in recruiting for the social sector is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
