The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, building strong pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions. • Source candidates using various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and recruitment drives. • Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, cultural fit, and salary expectations. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and hiring managers. • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems. • Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. • Promote the employer brand and provide an excellent candidate experience. • Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience (2–5 years) as a recruiter, HR executive, or in a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered). • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools / portals. • Minimum 2+ Years of experience in recruitment / HR. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
