This role requires ... strong communication skills, an eye for talent, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.• Source candidates using various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and recruitment drives.• Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, cultural fit, and salary expectations.• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and hiring managers.• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.• Promote the employer brand and provide an excellent candidate experience.• Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• Proven experience (2–5 years) as a recruiter, HR executive, or in a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools / portals.• Minimum 2+ Years of experience in recruitment / HR.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
