Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive (IT & Non-IT) Location: Nandanam _Chennai Experience: 1–3 Years Industry: IT Company Job Role • Handle IT and Non-IT hiring on a regular basis • Coordinate closely with department managers for open positions • Schedule interviews and ensure strong follow-up with candidates and managers • Manage recruitment vendors and staffing partners • Support bulk hiring requirements • Maintain hiring trackers and ensure timely closures Preferred Profile • 1–3 years of recruitment experience • Experience in a recruitment firm / staffing agency preferred • Candidate with any experience IT or Non IT will do . • Strong coordination and communication skills • Able to handle recruitment pressure and tight timelines • Comfortable managing multiple requirements simultaneously
