About Goodspace.ai Goodspace.ai is the world’s first AI recruiter – a technology-led recruitment platform that uses AI to source, screen and shortlist candidates at scale. We’re now building a team of HR Recruitment Consultants who want to run a full 360° recruitment desk – from client acquisition to delivery and account growth. This is not a back-office recruiter role. This is an end-to-end consulting role : you build the relationship, sign the mandate, close the candidates and grow the account. What you will do (the full 360° cycle) • Call & convert leads into clients • Work on warm leads provided by Goodspace.ai – HR managers, founders and business heads who are hiring. • Call, follow up and convert them into active clients using a clear pitch and our platform demo. • Recruitment contracts & commercials. • Discuss hiring needs, role details and timelines. • Close recruitment contracts with clear commercials, fees and expectations. • Act as the primary point of contact for the client on all hiring matters. • Do the actual recruitment using Goodspace.ai. • Use our AI platform to find, shortlist and manage candidates quickly. • Speak to candidates, pitch the role, assess fit and coordinate interviews. • Drive end-to-end closure : from sourcing to offer roll-out and joining. • Keep clients happy & get repeat business. • Maintain regular contact with clients, share updates and manage expectations. • Ensure smooth delivery, quality of candidates and timely joining. • Convert one-time clients into repeat accounts and expand into new roles and departments. Earnings & Growth • Fixed monthly Salary ( for full-time work from office candidates only ) : Equal to 75% of your current monthly net take-home , based on your latest salary slips. This applies only to candidates working full-time from the Noida office. In case of remote candidates, there will be no fixed salary. Commission : • 10% on all business from clients you personally acquire. • 5% overriding commission once you have built a team under you that services those accounts. • A serious performer can realistically reach ₹1,00,000–₹1,50,000 per month in 12–18 months through recurring client revenue. Sweat equity (long term) : After 18 months of consistent target achievement and a 3-year commitment , eligible consultants receive a performance-linked sweat equity grant in the Goodspace group, valued at approximately 50% of their current annual take-home pay. Who this role is for • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment / HR (agency or in-house). • You are comfortable calling leads, talking money, closing contracts – not just doing CV sourcing. • You enjoy both sides of recruitment : • Front-end: speaking to HR managers / founders, understanding requirements, convincing them to work with you. • Back-end: using tools, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and closing offers. • You are okay with targets, numbers, follow-ups and variable pay, not just a big fixed salary. This role is for you if you want to own the full recruitment lifecycle, build your own portfolio of clients, and grow into a mini P&L owner with team, commissions and long-term upside – instead of being just another back-end recruiter.
