This is n ... ot a back-office recruitment role. This is a full 360° consulting role where you build clients, close mandates, deliver hires, and grow accounts like a business. Role Overview As an HR Recruitment Partner – 360°, you will manage end-to-end recruitment: from client acquisition and mandate closure to candidate delivery and account expansion. You will act as a trusted hiring partner to founders, HR leaders, and business heads. Over time, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own delivery team, while you focus on client relationships, closures, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Lead Conversion • Work on warm leads provided by Goodspace.ai (HR managers, founders, business heads). • Call, follow up, and convert leads into active hiring clients. • Pitch Goodspace.ai’s AI-powered recruitment platform and conduct demos where required. Recruitment Contracts & Commercials • Understand client hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines. • Close recruitment mandates with clearly defined commercials, fees, and expectations. • Act as the single point of contact for all client hiring requirements. End-to-End Recruitment Delivery • Use the Goodspace.ai platform to source, screen, and shortlist candidates efficiently. • Conduct candidate discussions, assess role fit, and coordinate interviews. • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing → interviews → offer rollout → joining. Client Relationship Management & Account Growth • Maintain regular communication with clients and share hiring updates. • Ensure quality delivery, smooth coordination, and timely closures. • Convert one-time clients into repeat and recurring accounts. • Expand existing accounts across new roles, teams, and departments. Team Building (Growth Phase) • As your client portfolio grows, build and manage a small delivery team. • Focus increasingly on client management, closures, and revenue growth while the team handles execution. Compensation & Growth Fixed Salary (Onsite Only) • Fixed monthly salary equal to 75% of your current net take-home, based on latest salary slips. • Applicable only for full-time onsite candidates (Noida office). Remote candidates are not eligible for fixed salary. Commission Structure • 10% commission on all business from clients you personally acquire. • 5% overriding commission once you build a team servicing those accounts. Earnings Potential • Strong performers can realistically earn ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month within 12–18 months through recurring client revenue. Long-Term Upside (Sweat Equity) • After 18 months of consistent performance and a 3-year commitment, eligible consultants receive performance-linked sweat equity in the Goodspace group. • Equity value is approximately 50% of current annual take-home pay. Who Should Apply • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or HR (agency or in-house). • Comfortable with client calling, commercial discussions, and mandate closures. • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle — not just CV sourcing. • Enjoys both: • Front-end: engaging with HR leaders/founders, requirement discovery, client management. • Back-end: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures. • Target-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable with variable pay and performance metrics.
