As we scale our retail footprint, we’re hiring an HR – Retail professional to build high-quality retail teams and ensure smooth HR operations across all stores. What You’ll Own • Lead end-to-end hiring for retail roles: Optometrists, Sales Associates, Store Managers, Area Managers • Build strong hiring funnels across job boards, referrals, agencies & walk-ins • Manage attendance tracking, payroll inputs, incentives, and salary data for store teams • Maintain HR documentation, onboarding, and compliance across locations • Support manpower planning, store openings, and rapid scale hiring • Ensure a smooth employee experience and strong HR support for all retail staff What We’re Looking For • Mandatory retail HR background (fashion, lifestyle, QSR, eyewear, or similar) • Hands-on recruiter with strong ownership and execution speed • Experience managing payroll cycles, attendance systems & compliance • Strong communication, people skills, and attention to detail • Ability to operate in fast-moving, early-stage environments
