Job Title: HR Sales Manager Location: Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Head Of Sales Role Overview The Regional Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new client relationships in South India region. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring revenue targets are met consistently. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Identify new business opportunities across compliance management, payroll outsourcing, HR shared services, and staffing solutions. • Manage the regional sales to achieve assigned team targets. • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, HR leaders, and decision-makers. • Conduct market research to track competition, industry trends, and emerging client needs. • Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service satisfaction. • Lead end-to-end sales cycle. • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for the region. • Represent Core Integra at client meetings, events, and business forums. Desired Candidate Profile • Experience: 3–6 years in B2B sales, preferably in HR outsourcing, compliances, payroll or staffing services. • Education: MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field. • Strong business acumen with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally. • Self-driven, target-oriented, and well-networked in the South India corporate ecosystem.
