HR Senior Executive: • Location: Baner, Pune • Work Mode: On-site (5 Days a Week) • Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (US Shift) • Salary: 7– 8 LPA • Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Role Summary We are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive HR Senior Executive to join our Pune team. This role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, attendance management, and coordination across internal teams. Key Responsibilities • Manage complete onboarding processes: documentation, profile creation, induction setup, and verification workflows • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files • Handle attendance monitoring, leave management, shift schedules, and HRIS updates (Zoho People or similar tools) • Support HR compliance, including audits, policy documentation, and record maintenance • Coordinate with internal teams and leadership for HR-related data, requests, and employee engagement activities • Assist in grievance handling, query resolution, and follow-up on escalations • Prepare HR reports, MIS dashboards, tracking sheets, and analytics • Ensure strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information • Contribute to improving HR processes, workflows, and operational efficiency Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • 5–6 years of experience in HR Operations or employee lifecycle management • Mandatory experience with Zoho People / Zoho HRMS • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and reliability in managing structured processes • Ability to manage confidential information professionally • Comfortable working in the US Night Shift Preferred Skills • Experience supporting global teams or working in an RPO environment • Knowledge of HR compliance, onboarding standards, and documentation protocols • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a solution-oriented approach Perks & Benefits • Family Health Insurance • Provident Fund benefits • Night Shift Allowance • Safe and reliable cab facility for pickup and drop • Rewards & Recognition programs • Energetic work environment with monthly and quarterly engagement activities
