About the job

We are looking for an HR Specialist who will manage and deliver end-to-end HR operations for the assigned location. The role requires strong hands-on experience in a generalist HR capacity, encompassing talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, payroll coordination, and compliance. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Compliance 1. Act as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related queries and concerns. 2. Oversee and validate monthly payroll, holiday pay, and special payroll cycles (including Christmas payroll) across supported regions. 3. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health & safety standards, and insurance requirements in all applicable countries. 4. Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract extensions, and final settlements. 5. Maintain and enforce internal policies, procedures, and regulations in line with global standards and local statutory reporting requirements. Employee Relations & Workplace Culture 1. Serve as a key regional contact for employee relations, handling grievances, conflict resolution, and union interactions when required. 2. Conduct employee engagement and cultural surveys, analyze results, and translate insights into action plans. 3. Promote a collaborative and inclusive culture through employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and leadership alignment meetings across locations. 4. Manage disciplinary processes, investigations, and corrective actions in compliance with company policies and local labor laws. 5. Strengthen communication and trust between management and employees. Qualifications & Experience 1. Experience: Minimum 3-8 years of hands-on HR generalist experience. 2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. 3. Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus. 4. International Exposure: Prior experience in an international organization is required, preferably within a matrix structure and with cross-border reporting.
