About the role: We're seeking an HRBP to spearhead People and Culture initiatives at Leap. In this pivotal role, you'll work in close collaboration with business leaders, driving initiatives to enhance team engagement and cultivate a thriving workplace culture. Ideal persona of the candidate: ● Someone who has worked in an employee-centric fast-paced startup environment ● 2-5 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role● Excels at driving positive culture, employee engagement, policies, and first principle problem solving through fairness lens● Someone with Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailResponsibilities:● Work closely with the Central team and employees to improve workplace relationships, build morale, and boost productivity and retention● Provide day-to-day guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.)● Innovate & implement employee engagement strategies, and execution● Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations as and when necessary● Proactively assess team and manager development needs, recommend and implement relevant solutions through training programs● Evaluate and monitor the training programs to ensure success● Employer branding● Monitoring Employee NPS● Performance Management & Appraisals
