Our robots have been designed for the age group of 5-10 and the company’s flagship product, Miko 2, is the first robot that uses playful, conversational learning to educate, engage and entertain kids and is best-selling in the US, UK, and UAE besides India. Position Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to the business units, providing expert guidance in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should have a strong HR background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving organizational success through effective HR strategies. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization. • Collaborate with the HR team to implement talent management strategies, including recruitment process and onboarding processes. • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, conflict resolution, and performance management. • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including training and development programs, to foster a positive work environment. • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend proactive solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness. • Lead or support various HR projects as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices. • Promote an inclusive and positive workplace culture while upholding ethical standards and compliance. • Act as the Mediclaim SPOC, managing Group Mediclaim and Group Health Insurance processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining an up-to-date insurance tracker to ensure accurate and timely coverage for all employees. • Issue bonafide letters and uphold records accurately within a maintained tracker system. • Resolve employee concerns and conflicts promptly and fairly, ensuring a positive and confidential resolution process. • A PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) tracker monitors and manages employees' progress within the improvement plan, documenting milestones, goals, and assessments to track performance growth and ensure compliance with outlined objectives. • The retention process involves implementing strategies to keep valuable talent while maintaining a tracker to monitor and assess factors contributing to employee retention. • Organize and execute initiatives that foster a positive work culture, boost morale, and enhance employee satisfaction. Qualifications & Required Skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree and/ or relevant HR certifications preferred. • 3-4 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering and HR initiatives. • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven HR decisions. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and managing multiple priorities effectively.
