About the job

As a talented HRBP/HR Manager at AMETEK, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters such as performance management, employee relations, and compliance. - Leading and managing the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure the hiring of top talent. - Conducting training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. - Overseeing and administering employee benefits and compensation programs. - Maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures in accordance with changing laws and regulations. - Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. - Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. - Conducting regular analysis of HR metrics and providing insights to drive continuous improvement. - Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. - Staying informed and up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR. - Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters. - Managing and mentoring a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development. - Continuously assessing and improving HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
