About the job

Job Highlight: Reporting to the Workday HCM Lead, you will collaborate with the WRI Global IT Team to support Workday Human Resources System Modules. You will work with country offices and Centers of Excellence to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the Workday platform. What will you do: - Maintain, and optimize Workday HCM modules; - Provide user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Workday HR related problems; - Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides to support end-users; - With the support of the Workday HCM Functional Lead conduct regular internal audits; What will you need: - Education: Educational background in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration; - Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday HRIS; - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices; - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills; - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
