About the job

Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to improve morale, motivation, and workplace culture • Handle end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring healthy employee relations • Support HR initiatives related to retention, performance, and career development • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements • Ensure adherence to company policies, HR processes, and compliance standards • Assist in HR documentation, reports, and employee data management • Support internal communication and HR-driven events or programs Qualifications • Candidate those who are looking for long-term careers in employee engagement • 1-5 years of experience • Bachelor’s degree or Post-Graduation • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills • Good understanding of HR processes, recruitment cycle, and employee lifecycle • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle employee concerns with empathy and professionalism • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS/ATS tools • Strong organizational and coordination skills • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment • Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory Additional Details Job Title: Human Resource Specialist CTC: Up to 30,000/- Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time (On-site) Working Days: 6 Days Experience: 1–5 Years Immediate Joiners Required
