Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources and Operations Coordinator based in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will handle various HR operations, oversee employee benefits, manage HR activities, and maintain and utilize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). You will also contribute to developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and operational procedures to ensure organizational efficiency and an optimal work environment. Qualifications • Strong understanding of HR Operations and Employee Benefits administration. • Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and policy implementation. • Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related tools. • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a hybrid working environment. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • Prior experience in a similar HR or operations role is advantageous.
