Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Associate based in Trivandrum. The Human Resources Associate will assist in managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and maintaining HR records. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams on recruitment processes, supporting training and development initiatives, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth HR functionality. The role also involves consistent communication with employees and management to address inquiries and maintain a positive workplace environment. Qualifications • Knowledge in HR Management and HR Operations processes • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures • Knowledge in Training & Development initiatives • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
