We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to take end-to-end ownership of the People function—across org design, performance, policies, and culture. You’ll work directly with the founders and functional leaders to make sure we’re hiring the right people, enabling them to do their best work, and retaining our top talent. If you enjoy a mix of hands-on HR ops and strategic projects, and want your work to directly shape how a company runs, this role is for you.
