HR Policy Development: Create and update HR policies in line with current legislation and company goals. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processes and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Compliance: Ensure all HR activities are compliant with legal and ethical standards. Office Management: Manage office resources and supplies to ensure a productive and welcoming environment.
