Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Angul. The primary responsibilities include managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, ensuring effective employee relations, and overseeing various HR management tasks. The HR Executive will work closely with teams to drive employee engagement and maintain compliance with organizational guidelines and labor regulations. Qualifications • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations • Strong skills in fostering Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies • Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions and labor compliance • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Prior experience in facility management or similar industry is a plus
