Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Dadri. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include establishing and implementing HR policies, supporting recruitment efforts, addressing employee concerns, and contributing to the organization’s growth by fostering a supportive workplace culture. Qualifications and Experience • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations, demonstrating organizational and administrative expertise. • Strong skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace environment. • Experience in creating, implementing, and handling HR Policies and related procedures. • Solid understanding and background in Human Resources (HR) practices and compliance standards. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead HR initiatives effectively. • 2-5 years of experience working in HR (required) Salary and Compensation • Monthly Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 • Annual CTC: ₹5 – ₹6 Lakhs
