In this role you will manage recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the company is staffed with top talent. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, generarting MIS reports, and ensuring timely recruitment. Key Responsibilities: • Manage recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the company is staffed with top talent • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development • Handle employee relations issues effectively and proactively, promoting a positive work environment and resolving conflicts • Oversee onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and successful integration into the company • Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR and operational processes • Maintain accurate documentation and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements • Foster employee engagement initiatives to enhance motivation, productivity, and overall satisfaction within the organization Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in recruitment • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends • Knowledge in Advance Excel and CRM software • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation: Depends on Last Drawn Job Location: Anand, Gujarat.
