Dear Connections ! Singhal Industries Private Limited is hiring Human Resources Executive. Open Position - 01 Location : Khatrej in Gandhinagar / Kalol in Gandhinagar (On site) Education-Any Bachelor’s Degree / Equivalent to Graduation Relevant experience required : Minimum 5 years Job Descriptions · Should be proficient enough to handle entire factory HR practices along with specialized as per standard HR Payroll related practices and expert in handling entire HRMS. · Should be responsible for preparing and managing all types of financial reports related to payroll by adhering to payroll policies and procedures also conducting audits to ensure accuracy and also ensure legislative and awards compliance is adhered and submit to the company’s accounting department · Must be proficient as per all types of payroll related calculations, payment and reconciliation of group tax including maintain of staff payroll and tax records · Should be able to assist management by performing relevant required tasks as per situation in timely manner by adhering the guidelines for betterment of the organization and ideally should be able to manage multiple responsibilities. · Should be responsible for any types of necessary audit as in timely manner as per business requirement and betterment purpose related with entire factory. · Should be able to manage labour contractors and can do arrangement for labourers and also must have recruitment skills for office staff whenever needed as per business requirements. · Should ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management along with develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy also must handle grievance procedures and dispute resolutions involving unions management employees or government agencies and must advise arrangement on contract negotiations and similar management union relations related work if require. · Ensure workplace safety and promote employee well-being and development and help to align the workforce with the organizations goals and objectives.
